Personal Performance Improvement

Performance improvement is clearly a journey. No one can just throw a switch and elevate their play. It is important that we each work on how we can improve our individual performance and partner with our supervisor so they can help us to improve. This starts by looking in the mirror at the results I am getting today and take accountability for what I have obtained. This process means that I have an awareness of the behaviors that I have demonstrated and the results I have gotten. We have to make a choice to CHANGE our BEHAVIORS and do things differently. By taking positive steps in the right direction over a period of time we will cement the right habits. When this happens we will be performing with high competency without even thinking about it. These habits are crucial for each of us in achieving the desired results that need that we each commit to achieve. Our accountability is for hitting our goals and driving our performance to the agreed upon level so that we can win personally and the Company can win as a whole. We have to work by intention to make it happen.
